The second meeting of the Reform Action Group (RAG) will be hosted by H.E. Mevlut Cavusoglu at Ankara Palas State Guest House on 20 February 2015.

In addition to Foreign Minister H.E. Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, Minister for EU Affairs Ambassador H.E.Volkan Bozkır, Minister of Interior H.E. Efkan Ala, Minister of Justice H.E. Bekir Bozdağ, Minister of Family and Social Policy H.E. Ayşenur İslam, as well as representatives from the Turkish Grand National Assembly, Prime Ministry, Human Rights Institution, Directorate General of Foundations and other institutions and bodies are expected to participate in the meeting.

RAG meetings aim to monitor the efforts for the harmonization of the legislation with a view to fulfilling the Copenhagen political criteria in line with the objectives stipulated in the National Action Plan and to ensure the effective implementation of the legislative amendments.

The second meeting of RAG will review the reform efforts carried out recently and discuss the steps to be taken in the upcoming period.
