We have learnt with great sorrow that the terrorists kidnapped and killed at least thirty civilians in Afghanistan’s Ghor Province.

We in the strongest terms condemn this cruel terrorist attack, wish God’s mercy upon those who lost their lives, convey our condolences to their families, the Government and the brotherly people of Afghanistan. Terrorism has demonstrated its cruel face once again by claiming the lives of innocent people including children.

We reiterate our belief that such heinous acts targeting the efforts to build peace and stability in Afghanistan will not reach their goal and increase the determination of the Government of Afghanistan in its fight against terrorism.
