ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING “TRAVEL ENTRY FORM” TO BE FILLED IN BY THE PASSENGERS TRAVELING TO TURKEY BY AIR

1. All passengers above 6 years of age travelling to Turkey by air will be required to fill in the “Traveler Entry Form” via http://register.health.gov.trwebsite within the last 72 hours prior to departure of their flight to Turkey starting from March 15, 2021.

Airline companies are required to check that this entry form is filled either from the mobile devices or in print.

2. Transit passengers and crew members are exempt from this procedure.
